Yokohama fenders are generally used for docks with large tidal variations and ship to ship operation. When working, Yokohama fenders will be inflated with air, and they are also called pneumatic fenders. That makes the fenders able to float on the water and up and downs with the tidal variation.
Yokohama fenders with the standard size of 3300×6500 are large fenders with the diameter of 3300mm and the length of 6500mm. They can carry out heavy duties for large docks and ships. The reinforced high-quality rubber material and their large compression capability allow Yokohama fenders to endure large impacts without damage. Even excessive work load will not affect the performance of the fenders.
Yokohama fenders can be deflated for delivery, which is more convenient than most rubber fenders. They can save space for delivery and storage when off duty. The fenders are also very easy to install and uninstall via chains. Chains remain the flexibility of the fenders but also keep the fenders in the right place.
