Wheel Fenders(1750×690)

There are three types of rolling fenders provided, cushion roller fenders, roller fenders and wheel fenders. Wheel fenders have the common feature of all the rolling fenders. When carrying out duties, the rubber wheel of the fenders can rotate. This feature can help the fenders to reduce impacts and provide excellent protections to the dock structures and vessels.

The model 1750×690 is one of the middle standard sizes of wheel fenders. Usually, the bottom longer side of the steel frame is 2650mm. Combined with the steel frame and a 1750mm-diameter and 690mm-thickness rubber wheel, wheel fenders appear to be large and heavy.

Like the coin has two sides, the large size of the wheel fenders can also guarantee their excellent performance. We use high-quality and elastomeric rubber materials to produce the rubber wheels, which ensures that the fenders have high energy absorption capability and low reaction force. The supporting frames are made of stainless steel, which means the whole fenders are strong and robust.

The wheel fenders are usually positioned at the dock corners of the entrance of locks, inland waterway channels, and other narrow or exposed areas.
