Laminated Bow Fenders-Double Layer

Double layer laminated bow fenders as single layer laminated bow fenders are custom built of durable, laminated rubber which is one of the most strong and robust materials. The rubber laminates are tightly compressed onto high quality steel rods, welded or attached with nuts to end plates. The special designed hinge assembly system is the secret to allow steel rod and plate frame to flex. The keyholes have been pre-designed so that chain links can be installed both top and bottom. The end plates are also selectable to be flat bar or angle. This type fender can be tightly fixed on the hull wall.
