The high requirements for floating fenders results in the high-quality materials applied to manufacturing the floating fenders. Our factory produce the floating fenders with reinforced and highly elastomeric rubber materials and other filling materials. They form the cushion part of the floating fenders and can function well under large compression. The steel bars of the floating fenders are used to support the whole fenders. They can bear large forces and impacts as well.
To make the floating fenders work, the installation method also needs to be different from other types of fenders. The floating fenders are connected with chains whose another ends are mounted onto the dock structures, which remains the flexibility of the fenders and also keep them in place.
