The model 1980×765 is the second largest standard size of roller fenders. The main part of roller fenders is the rubber roller, with the diameter of 1980mm and the thickness of 765mm, supported by the steel frame whose longer bottom side is 2300mm. This size is larger than most rubber fenders required. What’s more, other dimensions if in need can be provided.
To make it strong and robust, we use high quality rubber materials to produce the main part of the fender, the rubber roller. The supporting part, steel frame, is manufactured with stainless steel to make sure its quality and long time for service. On the berthing process, the rubber roller can rotate in a radius around the axle, which is designed to help the vessels to berth and simultaneously reduce the friction and impacts.
Roller fenders are set at the entrance of inland waterway channel, locks, dry docks and other narrow or exposed areas. And they are usually positioned at the dock corners. The roller fenders are easy to install with the assistance of steel frame.
