Introduction:

We have three different types of marine fender bars as standard. Each one has its own strengths. The three types are as follows:

ML Fender Bars

These fenders are perfect for exposed areas to withstand heavy impacts and pressure.

The key feature of this kind fender is its vulcanised internal steel plate. The plate not only provides a strong, rigid core throughout the length of the fender, but also provides strong fixing points. This makes the fender has far more better performance than the wooden fender bars, in resistance and in energy absorption capability. Marinas and jetties can greatly benefit from the protection of this kind fender.

MLS Fender Bars

This special fender bar use softer materials, which makes it more flexible and better on reducing reaction forces. Many fenders will damage under larger pressure and impacts from crafts, while this kind fender will maintain its shape for a long time. Its ideal fender for smaller workboats, pontoons and other load sensitive structures.

Delta PU Bars

Delta fender bars has two special features, one is high energy absorption and the other is low friction property. For small crafts, low friction can help to protect their surfaces and high energy absorption can help to ensure their safety. So, this type of fender are applicable for berthing, especially for crafts with aluminium and GRP hull. Highly visible, non-marking colors are also used to improve its safety.
