Laminated Bow Fenders-Single Layer

Single layer laminated bow fenders are custom built of durable, laminated rubber. It is used one of the most strong and robust rubber materials. To strengthen the fender, the rubber laminates are compressed onto high quality steel rods, welded or attached with nuts to end plates. Because of the use of special hinge assembly system, the steel rod and plate frame are allowed to flex. As specified, the chain links are designed to install top and bottom. The end plates can both be manufactured as flat bar or angle, and our fenders posses great anchoring force on hull.
