Single layer laminated stern fenders are custom built of durable, nylon reinforced, synthetic rubber. The rubber laminates are compressed onto high quality rods welded or attached to end plates. The rods and end plates are flexible with a special designed hinge type assembly system, which technically improved the energy absorption capability. What’s more, it is a standard stern fender which can be designed to fit any hull configuration. The fender units are pre-curved for a tight fit. To make the fenders easy to install and assembled more stable, chain links are installed top and bottom as specified, and the end plates can be flat or angle according to customers’ requirements.
