Keyhole Fenders for Docks

The keyhole rubber fenders we provide have three standard sizes with the width ranging from 150mm to 350mm. All those sizes can be used for docks as secondary protection systems for docks and vessels. And they have been proven in all these years.

Keyhole fenders are manufactured as their names in the shape of keyhole. This simple but robust design provide excellent physical performance for keyhole fenders. Furthermore, the keyhole fenders in our factory are produced with reinforced high-quality rubber materials. Those materials are generally more endurable and can provide higher energy absorption and lower reaction force.

At the phase of design, the keyhole fenders are pre-designed with anchoring holes. Those holes are to make the installation easier. Usually on the bow and stern of the tugboats, they are two rows of steel bars which are designed to mount the fenders. All those foresights for the installation of keyhole fenders makes them perfectly fitted onto the tugboats and offer excellent performance.
