GD rubber fenders are also called wing type rubber fenders. This type is a modified version from D type rubber fenders. Adding two wings onto the D fenders has made up the shortage of D fenders that it is easy to crack down. Those two wings give stronger anchoring power for fenders.
The model GD280×1000 is the smallest standard size of GD rubber fenders. They are widely used on some small frame docks. Some will curve the GD rubber fenders to act as corner rubber fenders. They are usually taken as the backup protection for dock structures. Of course, other dimensions are available on request except for the standard sizes.
GD rubber fenders are manufactured with high-quality rubber materials. The profile of GD rubber fenders looks like the combination of the letters “G” and “D”. They can provide reasonable energy absorption and reaction force. Dock structures and vessels can be well protected equipped with this type rubber fenders.
