Roller Fenders(2550×895)

The model 2550×895 is the largest standard size of roller fenders. The main part of the roller fenders is the rubber cushion with the diameter of 2550mm and the thickness of 895mm. The steel frame with the bottom longer side of 3000mm and the height of 1800mm is the supporting part. They combination of the rubber roller and steel frame is relatively super large for other fixed rubber fenders.

Roller fenders are normally used at the entrance of locks, inland waterway channels and other narrow areas. Those are the places where are easy to cause accidents. And the impacts are stronger than other positions. Thus, we use high-quality rubber materials to produce the rubber rollers so that they can endure large impact forces. We also use the stainless steel frames to support the rubber rollers. Deshalb, the rubber fenders can well carry out heavy duties.
