Laminated Bow fenders-The Turk’s Head

The turk’s head laminated bow fender is a universal bow fender, designed especially for the low bow. The rubber laminates are compressed onto steel rods attached to end plates. The end plates and the steel rods are flexible, which makes the fender adjustable to fit almost any bows. With this shape, the fender can be compressed at higher rate so that higher energy absorption and lower reaction force will be performed. The pre-imbedded steel plates with holes make the fenders can be installed more easily onto the bows. Various heights of the fenders can be provided on request.
