Another type of flexible wall are composed of leg fender or arch fenders with UHMW-PE panels placed continuously next to each other. Compared with flexible wall (type 1) consisting of individual fender systems, the installation of flexible wall (type 2) is more flexible. The design ensures the fender system can be continuously built along the quay or on a corner with a special rubber connector. In this way, the quay corner with a radius can be safely protected.
