Cushion Roller Fenders(450×370×315)

The model 450×370×315 is the cushion roller fenders with a rubber roller whose diameter is 370mm and thickness is 315mm. The bottom of the supporting steel frame is a rectangle whose width is 450mm and length is 550mm.

The cushion roller fenders is different from other fixed fenders. The rubber cushion part of the fender can rotate according to the movement of pile fenders being stroke. Our cushion roller fenders is a combination of two parts. One is the cushion part, made of high-quality rubber material and the other is supporting part, made of stainless steel. This combined fender equipment works as the cushion for docks to reduce impacts.

With pre-drilled holes for anchor bolts, cushion roller fenders can be mounted onto the dock structures easily. With the rotation of rubber cushion, impact force can be reduced greatly. The process and the fender itself with the ability to absorb energy work together can protect the docks and vessels to the utmost.
