Corner D fenders are designed to protect the corners, and pier corners need them too. The pier heads usually are in right angle. Because they are stretched out of the coastline, they are easy to get collided, which will cause a lot of damage not only to the dock structures but also the vessel hulls. To be equipped with the corner D fenders, the berthing process will be safer.
We can provide two types of materials, the rubber and the PU materials, to produce the corner D fenders. Corner D fenders manufactured with both materials will be strong and robust and resistant. The cross-section of the corner fenders is the shape of “D” with the inner chamber with the shape of “D”.
The installation method has taken the general one for all the fixed fenders, mounting with the pre-drilled anchor holes. This makes the installation process quicker and easier and it can also save a lot of time and money for the buyers.
