Cone rubber fenders originate from cell fenders. Due to the improvement on profiles, the rated deflection and maximum deflection of cone fenders are largely increased. Thereby, the energy absorption capability of cone fenders increases accordingly. The performances of these fenders differ as the sizes change.
Cone1100 and Cone1200 are relatively middle large sizes of cone rubber fenders. They are usually applicable for docks and terminals. Assembled with frontal panel and UHMW-PE face pad, the functions of cone fenders is equivalent to that of many fender systems. This one of the simplest fender systems that are easy to install.

Installations:

- Frontal panel: reducing face pressure to protect fenders and vessels
- Gesichtspolster: reducing friction to non-mark the vessel hull
- Pre-built-in bolts and nuts: fastening fenders onto docks
- Pre-built-in U anchors: holding chains
- Link bolts and nuts: connecting fender and frontal panel and other accessories
- Weight chain: supporting the frontal panel
- Tension chain: limiting fender deflection in avoid of sagging
- Shear chain: preventing fender system from shear deflection
