Channel Lock Laminated Fenders

Channel lock laminated fenders consist of laminated rubber sections. They are pre-designed to precisely fit the structural C-channel and then compressed onto steel rods and retained by flat bar clips welded into the channel. To suit different situations, the fender units can be installed horizontally or vertically to any steel structure by welding. The particular shape of channel lock laminated fenders make it ideal suitable for I-beams to provide lateral support. The reinforced rubber material can provide excellent physical properties for the fenders. They are more durable and robust than extruded or molded rubber fender and more importantly, they can save much more budgets.
