Arch rubber fenders are single-piece moulding rugged rubber fenders. Due their profiles similar to letter “V”, they are also called V type rubber fenders. This unique design guarantees their excellent performance in applications. Arch fenders have high energy absorption capability and low reaction force which will improve with bigger sizes. Since invented in the 1960s, they have been applied to various situations and proved their excellent performance.
The most popular sizes are SA300H, SA400H, SA500H, SA600H, SA800H, and SA1000. For detailed information and sizes of arch fenders, you can refer to super arch type rubber fenders(Click Here). The SA800H can be classified as large type of arch fenders, and various lengths are optional.
If needed, the frontal panel and UHMW-PE face pad can be assembled onto the rubber fenders. This small change can greatly decrease the hull pressure and friction. In this way, the vessels and the berthing structures can be protected to the utmost.
