The model 480×380×315 is the second largest standard size of cushion roller fenders. They are usually used for some large and complex fender systems. The rubber cushion roller is the main part of the equipment, whose diameter is 380mm and the thickness is 315mm. Steel frames work as the supporting part of the equipment with the width of 480mm and the length of 630mm.
The rubber cushion roller is manufactured with high-quality rubber material and the supporting steel frame is made of stainless steel. In application, the cushion roller fenders will rotate according to the movement of pile fenders. This special design can help to greatly reduce the impact force of the rubber fenders. Thus, the dock structures and vessels get well protected.
The supporting steel frame has been pre-drilled with several holes. Those holes are designed to be mounted onto the target structures with anchor bolts. This installation method is easy to carry out and costs little. If being damaged by excessive impacts, the cushion roller fenders can be replaced easily as well.
