Slide in Slide out Fender System

Introduction:

Slide in slide out fender system has similar profile as parallel motion fender system. Slide in slide out fender system utilize the removable sliding panel to reduce the time and effort to change a fender wear pad. Different from traditional fender frame system where the UHMW-PE panel is assembled onto a fixed steel frame, this system has two stainless removable panels. These panels, where the UHMW-PE wear pad is bolted, are inserted into a guide rail on the frontal steel frame. Then, the wore-out sliding panels can be easily replaced by a new one within a couple of hours. Furthermore, this system also reduces safety risks.
