Super cell rubber fender is designed like a drum which has a hollow cylindrical body. Both ends of the fenders are pre-designed with bolting holes which are convenient for installation and to mount accessories onto them. The rated deflection are 52.5% and with the rugged rubber material, the rubber fenders can provide excellent performance in berthing process. Years has passed and some minor modifications have been made, and the cell fenders are still popular around the world.
Most cell fenders are designed to be large in size. The models like SC1150, SC1250, SC1450 can be counted as middle in standard size (for other detailed sizes and information, please refer to super cell type rubber fender).
These middle sizes of cell fenders can be applied to many large terminals and exercise well. Assembled with frontal panel and UHMW-PE face pad, these fenders can carry out heavy duty on large docks, terminals and quays for container ships, cargo ships and so on.
