Arch rubber fenders are also called V type rubber fenders. This unique profile guarantees its excellent physical properties. The rated deflection of arch rubber fenders is 52.5%. So arch fenders have excellent performance in actual working field. The two-row bolting holes of arch fender make it fix tight onto the structures. In actual scenarios, arch rubber fenders are usually assembled with frontal panel or UHMW-PE face pad, which helps greatly reduce the hull pressure and friction and also extend the lifespan of the fenders. They have been used for more than 60 years since invented in the 1960s.
The most popular sizes are SA300H, SA400H, SA500H, SA600H, SA800H, and SA1000. For detailed information and sizes of arch fenders, you can refer to super arch type rubber fenders(Click Here). The SA500H can be classified as the middle type of arch fenders, but the various lengths are optional.
